terms of service

1. Scope of Service

PROJECT KM0 includes the production of photo and video content for social media use, including filming, editing, graphic design, and delivery of digital files ready for publication.

2. Operational Area

KM0 pricing applies exclusively to productions within the Milan metropolitan area.

3. Planning & Brief

The client must provide:

  • Company brief
  • Goals
  • Location access
  • Availability of staff or products

Shooting dates are confirmed only after quote approval and deposit payment.

4. Delivery Times

Standard delivery from the last shooting day:

  • 5 contents → within 5 working days
  • 10 contents → within 7 working days
  • 20 contents → within 10 working days
5. Revisions

Each content includes:
✓ 1 revision round

Additional revisions will be billed separately

6. Usage Rights

Delivered content may be freely used by the client for:

  • Social Media
  • Websites
  • Digital Advertising
7. Payment Terms

50% deposit upon confirmation
50% balance upon delivery
Production begins only after deposit payment

8. Cancellation Policy
  • More than 72h before shooting → no fee
  • Within 72h → 30% fee
  • Within 24h → 50% fee
9. Portfolio Rights

TBS Digital reserves the right to showcase the produced
materials for portfolio and promotional purposes unless
otherwise agreed in writing.
